Returns Policy

At Boho Beach Co, your satisfaction is important to us and we do our best to ensure that our products are of high quality.
What if I have changed my mind?
We are happy to exchange your items within 30 days from the date of dispatch (3 months for international orders). Please include a self-addressed satchel or stamped padded bag with your return or you will be charged a standard shipping cost. Please protect the item with padding such as bubble wrap as it needs to be returned in its original condition. Provide an explanation for the reason you are returning the item with your return or email this information to sales@bohobeachco.com
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept earrings for exchanges.
If you are unable to find something else you would like to exchange your item with, we are happy to issue a store credit to use within 6 months. No refunds are given for change of mind, so please choose carefully. We are happy to modify your order if needed prior to dispatch.
What if my item is faulty/damaged?
We are sorry if your item is not perfect and are happy to refund or exchange within 90 days. Please email us a description of the fault including photos of the damage to sales@bohobeachco.com  Alternatively you can post the damaged item back to us and we will reimburse postage costs. If exchanging, we will post your new item back to you free of charge.
