COVID-19 Shipping Delays
Due to the current pandemic, Australia Post is experiencing delays both domestically and internationally. Please allow extra time for delivery during this time.
Australia Wide Shipping:
Standard shipping $4.95 including tracking
Delivery times: usually 3-5 business days
Spend $50 or more to receive Free Standard shipping nationwide.
Express shipping $7.45 including tracking
Delivery times: usually 1-3 business days
Spend $75 or more to receive Free Express shipping nationwide.
International Shipping:
$12 Flat rate for economy air postage.
Delivery times: will depend on location. Australia Post estimates up to 13 business days. Please check if you are subject to customs charges for your country. Please note: we might not be able to post to your country if Australia post is unable to do so depending on remoteness or the Covid-19 situation.
General Postage Information:
- You will receive an email when your order is dispatched. This email will contain a tracking number which will enable you to track the progress of your delivery.
- Once you've ordered we will dispatch within 24 hours on business days. We aim to dispatch on the same day as much as possible.
- All parcels are dispatched from Gold Coast, Australia using Australia Post.
- Your order will usually be delivered on time, although delays could occur. Factors beyond our control may impact delivery times so please place orders as early as possible if they are required by a specific date.
- Please ensure you have entered the correct address for your order as we take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been posted to the wrong address.
- Please note that we are unable to make any changes to your order, once your order has been dispatched.
