How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Once you've ordered we will dispatch within 24 hours on business days (excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch on the same day as much as possible.  All parcels are dispatched from Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia using Australia Post.

 

Do you ship worldwide?

Boho Beach Co loves to share the love and give everybody the opportunity to wear our beautiful range.We ship to most countries but we are unable to ship to some countries due to customs or due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Customers are responsible for any custom rates if charged by your country.

 

How long does delivery usually take?

For standard postage, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days

Express postage usually takes 1-3 business days

International postage: Australia Post estimates up to 13 business days depending on location

*** These delivery times could be longer due to the COVID-19 situation

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard postage Australia wide for orders over $50 and free express postage for orders over $75.

 

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched containing a tracking number. Go to https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search and enter your tracking number to track the progress of your delivery.

 

What if I would like to return my item due to change of mind or wrong size?

You will have 30 days from the date of dispatch to exchange your order (3 months for international orders). If you can’t find something straight away, we can issue a store credit note which will remain valid for 6 months. We are unable to exchange earrings due to hygiene reasons.

 

What if my item is damaged?

We are sorry if your item is not perfect and are happy to refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase.

 
What if my item is not what I ordered?

Sometimes mistakes happen but when they do, we will happily send the correct order to you and reimburse any postage costs.

 

Who pays for return postage?

Boho Beach Co will only cover the postage back for returns of damaged goods. Please read our returns policy to see the postage requirements for exchanging items.

 

Can I add to my order or modify it after checkout?

We are happy to add or amend your order providing it is still on our premises. Once shipped, orders are final.

 

Can I post my order to another address?

Yes! Many people choose to post a gift directly to the recipient to save on postage costs or to their workplace for safe delivery.

 

Do you gift wrap?

No as all our items arrive in a jewellery pouch or jewellery box.

 

What payment options do you offer?

Visa, American Express, Mastercard, PayPal, Bank Deposit, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
